Job Description

Attend inbound calls and answer the queries of each call.
Build fruitful and cherishing relationship with the client
Solve customer queries
Accepts reservation over the phone and attends to the same
Follows up on customer inquiries and research to assure satisfactory completion.
Remains current on changes policies procedure, facts and product offerings.
Provides updates customer and client database
Follows up on time limits.
Responsible to promote all company products
Responsible to maintain the timeless for each call
Achieves the assigned timelines/revenue targets
Always push for more and achieves over other colleagues in terms of customer service.

Skills
Previous Experience as Call Center Agent/Receptionist.
Fluent In English.
Locally Available In Qatar with NOC/Transferable Visa.
